The property is a sympathetically converted former working farm which now provides quality bed and breakfast accommodation, with log fire, comfortable lounge & dining areas and the warmest of welcomes - all in a non- smoking environment.

All our rooms are en-suite with double or twin beds with windows which enjoy some of the best views in the area. We welcome, couples, groups or families.

We want you to enjoy your stay in comfort, providing you with thick fluffy towels and egyptian cotton linen, all intended to spoil you. However, we do not stand on ceremony, we want you to relax and feel completely at home during your stay. Walkers are welcome to hang up their boots on the aga overnight!

We have been awarded 4 AA stars for our accommodation and we hope to live up to and exceed our visitors expectations.

The farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful cottage gardens, through which visitors are welcome to wander and see the ducks, ducklings, pheasants and squirrels.

Our accommodation is suitable for large families, groups of friends or couples. The guest rooms are all located together giving guests the feeling of privacy and self containment, but with the added benefits of our service; clean towels, made beds and delicious breakfasts.

Our ground floor bedroom has level ground floor access also stunning views of the garden and surrounding landscape.

We hope that you enjoy your stay and will want to return to see us again.
